new cwu vendor for food items or other options for getting ingredients legally

currently the only cwu vendor sells items like paper and whatnot however ive seen many scenarios where someone has to get on cwu just for food (not good for rp and unrealistic) or times where a vort for instance wants to be a chef but cant due to having to basically beg for food or unshackle themselves to kill zombies. I feel like to solve this we should add a cwu commercial variant vendor as the current one is just a industrial one this vendor would sell stuff around 10 tokens if not more depending on the item higher than it takes for say the buy menu that you already have in build. And ontop this allow vorts to do very specific jobs not doing everything the same as a cwu worker would but still doing stuff (ie industrial vorts can sweep the streets and power certain machinery to gain tokens) this way chef vorts can exist without being forced to use the higher prices of the vendor.

Not all items should be sold there, but I can see some of the items being sold at the vendor rather than the C/Tab menu for Commercial Workers
