Why are you applying for this position?: Well, I want to be able to be trust worthy by higher comand and I whant to alsow help the onec that are still new to the CP. Other then that I want to be able to do small trainings like "clouse combat","tactic training" and much more. The training mainly becoz I saw many of ouer units jost going in and not thinking.
Why should we choose you over other applicants?: I was in multiple servers that were HL RP and on moust of the mI was a supervisor wich makes me competent. Other that, then Im alsow good in comebat, maby not perfect becoz no one is truely perfect, but still good.
What prior experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn’t have to specifically be HL2RP): Well I wass alsow on starwars RP where I becom a lutenent and I was in three other servers (one outside of G-mod) where I was a supervisor. In one I was an i1 wich in that server is considert a supervisor. In another I was clouse to being on, but I was only an i2 wich in ther is considert not a supervisor but can lead PTs and train other i5s under supervison. And the last one is where I was an OfC.
What kind of activity can we expect to see from you?: For sure patroles. Then training such as "combat trainings" and "tactic trainings" to make sure ouer units think befor going in to lets jost say an appartment with rebels in it.
Do you have a working microphone?: I was having it but for some reazon recently it brouke but only in G-mod for some reazon.
Scenarios
You’re in the Nexus and an i4 comes up screaming in your face and insulting you. What would you do in that situation?: I would give him one warning to suspend and if he wouldent listen I would deservice him.
An i3 is being non-cohesive on the radio, saying things like “idk lol” or “dude I just killed that citizen lmao”. How would you respond?: I would told him to suspend two times and if he wouldent, I would put an anoucment that the i3 has gond rough and that he has to be deserviced.
During a patrol an i4 arrests someone for the incorrect charges. They don't seem to know what they're doing very well. How would you correct them?: I take him somewer safe to not get interupt and then I tell him what he have done wrong.
You’re a DcO and an OfC loses his temper and deservices a unit for a minor infraction, which is against our rules. How would you punish the OfC?: I would firstly tell him what he had done wrong then I would take the OfC rank away from him, then I would tell him to change his rank iminidly and go on patrole. If the OfC that is now an i1 will loose it again and kill another unit I would simpley deservice him
You're leading a PT in RDC and hear a beep nearby followed by citizens shouting in code to each other. What do you order your PT to do and what are your next steps?: FIrstly I tell to me PT to move back and to take cover as the beep might suggest that ther is an IED in the area. Then I would call for back up to help clean up the area. If ther will be an IED then all of us would get in cover to alarm everyone in the area to not go ther. After that I would serch near by citizenc that might have a wepon on them. After we do that I tell my PT that its dangerouse and to be cerful as the rebelion might be somewer in RDC.
A Necrotic outbreak is discovered by your PT and signs show it may already be out of containment of the area, what is your immediate response?: First of I tell me PT to cover me as I report to all units about the outbreak, then we try to contain the area to make sure that no more of necrotics will come out. then I report in radio that the outbreak is posibly out of contaiment, and that a PT has to sweep the near by area, after we all know that the necrotics are only in the contaiment we try to ampiutate all of the necrotics on sight.
