Why are you applying for this position?: So i may assist my team members and make RP enjoyable for anyone and everyone.
Why should we choose you over other applicants?: I feel i am good team leader, and i am good at Rp'ing with Civs and other civil protection members. I can balance RP and in game duty's.
What prior experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn’t have to specifically be HL2RP): I am the leader of a group in a SCP Rp server.
What kind of activity can we expect to see from you?: I am active most of the time from 3 to 4 days a week for 4 to 5 hr's depending. It depends on school but i am very active.
Do you have a working microphone?: I do, but i do not use it unless i need to.
Scenarios
You’re in the Nexus and an i4 comes up screaming in your face and insulting you. What would you do in that situation?: I would tell him to suspend, if he fails to do so i would then warn him that he may be banned from CP for some time out of character.
An i3 is being non-cohesive on the radio, saying things like “idk lol” or “dude I just killed that citizen lmao”. How would you respond?: I would tell him to suspend, then i would request him to 10-19 with me if possible and remind him we must use the radio responsibly.
During a patrol an i4 arrests someone for the incorrect charges. They don't seem to know what they're doing very well. How would you correct them?: If i could i would tell them to stop with the arrest, then i would tell them what the civ would need to do to be arrested. If the I4 does arrest them i would release the civ and i would train the I4 myself and give them a warning. if they where to do it after i warned and trained them i would then punish them.
You’re a DcO and an OfC loses his temper and deservice a unit for a minor infraction, which is against our rules. How would you punish the OfC?: I would deservice him as he is now rouge and report the infraction to a higher rank for investigation.
You're leading a PT in RDC and hear a beep nearby followed by citizens shouting in code to each other. What do you order your PT to do and what are your next steps?: I would tell my PT to get them all on the wall and search them, then instruct one PT member to keep an eye out. I would remind the civs that they are violating the civic code by not speaking in the universal unions language. then i would instruct the PT how to "Re-educate" the civs for the violation.
A Necrotic outbreak is discovered by your PT and signs show it may already be out of containment of the area, what is your immediate response?: I would call a necrotic invasion at the 10-20 they are at and then call a code 3 and say in CCA radio "11-99 all units to breach zone" then deal with it, and if needed get OTA to assist if the necrotics were in a zone OTA could shoot them from the nexus.
