Why are you applying for this position?: It is a position I have high interest in, due to me preferring or at least always going for specialised units. The position is vacant and no one else seem to be going and applying for any OTA position, I want to fix that. OTA is a unit that requires more dedication and LARP than any other role and I have what it takes, so it is natural I go down this path.
Why should we choose you over other applicants?: I am probably the best chance OTA has, I have the documents, the experience and the desire to bring up OTA and see it flourish and be able to handle any tasks given to us. On Triage I was responsible for the suppressor division of OTA and would often have to coordinate with other divisions and command structures to achieve my tasks. I am comfortable with everything relating to role I am applying for including the Impulse framework, google doc/sheets therefore there would be no issue or error's in the running of OTA. In addition, I am be the best fit for this position or at least fit the description of what it requires, I am able to put as much time and dedication as needed into OTA and get it standing on its feet as of now.
What prior experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn’t have to specifically be HL2RP): Triage - OvC, Prometheus - MGD Direktor, NSB Polizeiinspektor (Both intelligence units), SCPRP - Internal Intelligence Deputy
What kind of activity can we expect to see from you?: High activity, I am usually free or am able to make time.

Scenarios
You’re in nexus and an i4 comes up screaming in your face and insulting you. What would you do in that situation?: Attempt them to calm down within a reasonable timeframe that wouldn't hinder my line of duty. If not, detain them alongside any Asset with me, radio it in and give them to the CP leadership to handle.
An i3 is being non-cohesive on the radio, saying things like “idk lol” or “dude I just killed that citizen lmao”. How would you respond?: If no one from CP leadership steps up, I would tell them to suspend. If they do not, call them to the nexus explain to them how they should act and give them the CP handbook, upon their refusal and/or repetition of the same actions, I would order their deservicement.
During a patrol an i4 arrests someone for the incorrect charges. They don't seem to know what they're doing very well. How would you correct them?: I would take them aside, give them the CP handbook, ask a member of CP leadership to place them in their squad. I would later come back and quiz this i4 on what they have learnt and gauge if what the CP leadership member taught them was valuable.
You’re a DcO and an OfC loses his temper and deservices a unit for a minor infraction, which is against our rules. How would you punish the OfC?: I would pull the OfC aside, get their side of the story and see what excuse they can come up with, depending on the excuse, depends on the severity of punishment, however it would most likely be a suspension or a temporary demotion.
