Group Details:
The P.S.L or The Phoenix Science Labs is a scientific instution founded by Janete Colton In City 17 District 47. Miss Colton's effecientcy, loyalty and application of cold hearted ruthlessness when needed to achieve Universal Union goals, objectives and requirements earned her permission to found her institution by city administration.
With humble beginning this group seeks to one day grow to previlence and prove it's superiority over standard citizens. With it starting out on a trial basis the P.S.L could only conjure up simple scientific tests and ideas but this does not prevent their members from cooking up schemes for bigger and better plans within their minds should they earn the position to be permitted to carry out these experiments by city administration.
Civil Protection are key to upholding the group's coheasion. Any and all activity that violates UU regulations and laws must be reported and shut down immediately to ensure stability of both the Union and Phoenix Science Labs.

In order to join this faction there are a few minimal requirements and requests which are as follows:
- You must have joined our group discord, link below.
- For now we have to use the CWU faction in order to distinct ourselves (This may be subject to changes)
- In the discord it'd be greatly appreciated if you could nickname yourself by character name and have your discord name in brackets.
- When everything is sorted out come to out current group HQ and we will RP the rest.
