Why are you applying for this position?: I would like to progress higher in my rank within civil protection, and to be able to help other units, coordinate in a more effective way.
Why should we choose you over other applicants?: I have been praised by other units for taking control when it is needed, i have also stepped up and kept other civil protection units in line and trained I4s on how to do there role properly and effectively.
What prior experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn’t have to specifically be HL2RP): My only experience with leadership is as an I1 and when havinf to take the role as leader when there was no one else to do it, am hoping this chance will give me the skills i need, and experience for future promotion.
What kind of activity can we expect to see from you?: I can be on almost ever day unless i am unable to get on due to personal reasons.

You’re in the Nexus and an i4 comes up screaming in your face and insulting you. What would you do in that situation?: I would order the I4 to stop it, and give a warning, and order the I4 to join a PT and go on patrol with his PT, if he counited to do it, and did not stop i would have the I4 punished accorddingly, and if that did not work it would have the I4 marked as Defunct.
An i3 is being non-cohesive on the radio, saying things like “idk lol” or “dude I just killed that citizen lmao”. How would you respond?: I would order that the I3 be brought to my location, and have the I3 explain himself, and depending on his awnser would depend on the punishment, however due to not acting in a cohesive manner and, the unit kill citizens then, the I3 would most likely be Defunct.
During a patrol an i4 arrests someone for the incorrect charges. They don't seem to know what they're doing very well. How would you correct them?: I would talk to the I4 in a calm manner, and inform, of what they done, and explain to the Unit the right way, of doing things, he would not be punihsed, as he is learning, and i would simple correct him, I would then order an other unit who is more experienced, to shadow the unit and teach how to do things correctly, If i did not have the time, but if i did I would train them personally. and make sure he understands what he is doing for future interactions.
You’re a DcO and an OfC loses his temper and deservices a unit for a minor infraction, which is against our rules. How would you punish the OfC?: I would have the OFC come talk to me personally, and ask them to explain themself, as to why they done this, However due to the action that was taken, I would have to OFC punished, and have them removed of rank back to an I1, and I would have them to relearn the Proper way an OFC has to act, and inform other units that abuse of power no matter than rank, is not accepted, and if the OFC does not accpet that they were wrong, they would be deserviced and excited in turn
You're leading a PT in RDC and hear a beep nearby followed by citizens shouting in code to each other. What do you order your PT to do and what are your next steps?: I would order my PT to spread out and keep an eye open, I would then order a unit or go myself to the citizens and demand they explain themself, If the ran away i would then follow standard protocol, if they could not explain themself, I would them have them face the wall and be searched, if there was nothing wrong them would be told to isolate from the area, I would then order my units to fint the source of the bleeping, and then report to the higher command, of the situation. If the citizens are found to have an forbidden items, they are to be taken out of the area and charged as such, and puished.
A Necrotic outbreak is discovered by your PT and signs show it may already be out of containment of the area, what is your immediate response?: I would report in that the PT has found a outbreak, and order the PT, to lock down the area, I would them have all exits and entrances covered to stop the spread, and once the area is secure given i am the highest rank, on duty I would get a team together, while others hold the entrance and exits to go into the contaminated area, and began purging all necrotic in the area, and secure it for clean up and removal, and try to figure out how the infestaion started to stop it from future outbreaks.
