To obtain premium ranks on the ASTRONET Forums and Discord:
  1. Make sure you have created a forum account with the Discord account the item was purchased with
  2. To receive roles in Discord, be sure you've joined
  3. Once the account has been created, any purchased ranks will automatically sync within an hour
    1. Refresh your forum profile page to see synced roles and have them take effect in Discord
    2. If it's been over an hour, feel free to contact support
If you've already created a forum account and it has a different Discord account associated, simply change the associated Discord account to the correct one in your Connected Account settings.
