Questions​

Why are you applying for this position?: i´m applying for this position because i played HL2 rp before and i really enjoyed it, so much months spent on this type of rp which i really dont consider as a waste of time. I really would like to try out being CA on a server when there´s constantly 50+ players.

Why should we choose you over other applicants?: I would love to participate in the leadership of the city and in the best interest of the server rules, host activities like visiting citizens, making propaganda broadcasts (which im really good in making those, as a student of University of political science.)

What prior experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn’t have to specifically be HL2RP): In a free time i was member of council on Impulse hl 2 roleplay, some time ago. I was also member of General staff on former Spiral Nazi germany roleplay (which im not proud of, because of community there, also nazism was never my political opinion and will never be.)

What kind of activity can we expect to see from you?: I Have to admit that im not one of the most active players here, most of my interests goes to my personal life, family, career and studies, but i can ensure you of Discord activity and server activity - 3-4 days a week, which is not that bad in my personal opinion.

What sort of roleplay do you plan to bring to the faction and server in this position?: I would like to make propaganda broadcasts, such as speeches to Citizens or to CWU to ensure higher production in industry, answering ciitizen Letters, visiting citizens outside and hear their needs, participate in leadership of the city (In political, economy and safety way) and boosting morale of Civil Protection, or Overwatch units to ensure higher results in fighting Anti-citizen activity.

Describe what makes a good city broadcast and what you might use the broadcast camera for: good backrground, clean suit, smile on face is non verbal way to ensure citizens of their safety. Speaking of verbal communication it would be in a first place Addresing citizens and the workforce, wish them good morning or else, depending on the time the broadcast starts. Remind people that Civil Protection is there to protect civilians, not hurt or abuse them, speak about results of industry production for example: higher yield which grown for about 6,7% this year. Answer citizens letters and ensure to fulfill their requests and needs (requests that are meaningful and reasonable)

Scenarios​

You’re in the Nexus and an i4 comes up to the CA's office screaming in your face and insulting you. What would you do in that situation?: I would address the I4 that this behaviour is comparable to Anti-citizen behaviour, i would give him a verbal warning. After this, i would reach out to nearest guard unit to detain him, then i will call CP Supervisor to make a judgement.

Judgement Waiver has been activated in the city, what do you do during this situation?: First of all i would address all citizens in broadcast, telling them to cooperate with Civil Protection and OTA Units, ensure them that nothing will happen to them if they will cooperate and stay indoors. As a CA i will find a safe spot in Nexus and stay until JW ends.

You receive a written letter from a claimed rebel source regarding a hostage, what do you do in this situation? I would inform Protection teams, to look for the hostage and stay alerted. After the hostage is found, i would make a propaganda broadcast, reading the letter and condemn this act of brutality, telling citizens that Rebels are here to bring death to our society.

A Civil Protection SqL comes to your office to warn you that your broadcasts need to be more cohesive, what do you do? I would listen to him and debate about what can be better, listening to his tips and ensure him that next broadcast will be better. Every tip from leadership is good.
