Render distance.

when im in the outlands i noticed that all object at a certain distance of me are unloaded and load when i come close wich is kinda of a issue, it seem to be the same thing with players, if they are too far away i wont be able to see them since the entire map is unloaded too, is there anything that can be done to augment the render distance ?
