Why are you applying for this position?: Been a Supervisor on other Impulse like servers, would like to help where i can and continue
Why should we choose you over other applicants?: Ive been up to DVL on Vanila/Cynical befor that shut down, been in the HL2RP Community for a while and know what im doing and how to lead Civil protection teams through their dutys.
What prior experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn’t have to specifically be HL2RP): A few team leads irl, but mostly Other SV Possitions on other servers
What kind of activity can we expect to see from you?:
Working part time and part time Uni, ~10-30 Hours a week
Do you have a working microphone?: Yes
Scenarios
You’re in the Nexus and an i4 comes up screaming in your face and insulting you. What would you do in that situation?:
Tell them to calm down and pack it in, if they continued warn them again, if it continued and staff was needed, contact, if not, deservice.
An i3 is being non-cohesive on the radio, saying things like “idk lol” or “dude I just killed that citizen lmao”. How would you respond?: Tell them to suspend radio chatter and to be more cohesive, if they ask further questions, answer what i can.
During a patrol an i4 arrests someone for the incorrect charges. They don't seem to know what they're doing very well. How would you correct them?:
Ask them if they need a hand and offer to send the link for the hand book, recomending them to take some time to give it a read or open on another monitor, and ask if they would like training.
You’re a DcO and an OfC loses his temper and deservices a unit for a minor infraction, which is against our rules. How would you punish the OfC?:
If its a 1st offence, Verbal, if it continues get in contact with the other SV's and Discus the issue, come to a consensus of what to do and move forward in either another warning towards a demotion.
You're leading a PT in RDC and hear a beep nearby followed by citizens shouting in code to each other. What do you order your PT to do and what are your next steps?:
Order units to Spread out, Quickly trying to get away from the beep, from there try to arrest the civ yelling codes, if no IED, 10-103, if there is a IED Amputate,
A Necrotic outbreak is discovered by your PT and signs show it may already be out of containment of the area, what is your immediate response?:
Report the location, and if its within the Patrol Regions make a blockade to trap and then flatline it.
