The random apartment system discourages civi dupe building.

I understand it's flashy and fancy and lore-accurate, but the system was popularized by Willard, whos apartments were permanent and had a generous perma prop system. Allow people to pick their apartments again so that civis and undercover rebels aren't forced to only F2 doors from buildings that aren't part of the system yet. The negatives outweigh the positives. At the very least add the option of choosing which apartment in the UI like impulse/landis/triage had

made multiple civilian apartment dupes with 120+ props, gets frustrating having to build an entire new apartment dupe for each apartment or having to play apartment roulette.

I understand the lore friendliness, but the possibility of having a dupe connected to the apartment you register for, auto placing the props or having some kind of dupe list system built into the Apartment registry would, at least mitigate this issue and allowing for an apartment to be propped without such a high cost of tokens or sprinting about checking which apartments are available.

My current remedy for this issue is to make furniture Dupes and place them down individually to quickly prop an apartment, albeit it's a band-aid solution to a design issue.
