The White Line
History:
1. Thomas von Strucker - The Founder
He was trained, certified, and one of the first members of C24 Civil Medical Authority. Only 3 medics existed and 1 nurse, Thomas was a Hospital Manager.He followed orders.
He saved whom he was allowed to save. And he watched others bleed out because they didn’t qualify. Rebels, unregistered workers, and Combine Civil Authority Units were abandoned after firefights.
Civilians injured in the wrong place, at the wrong time.
At some point, the oath mattered more than the protection of the Benefactors and safety.

2. Formation of The White Line
By using access to:
- Discarded CMA supplies
- Material not logged
- Medical Knowledge
Thomas, and with a few more members with the same beliefes from the CMA Staff, created a parallel medical network.
Officially, we were CMA. Unofficially, we were something else. Something bigger.
A line drawn in chalk, tape, or paint outside abandoned or hidden clinics:
A White Line. Anyone who entered it was a patient, nothing more.
