Why are you applying for this position?: I Genuinely Enjoy Role-Playing, I Enjoy leadership roles that require organization,Responsibility, Decision making. I take Roleplay Seriously, and ill help create a realistic and enjoyable experience for anyone who interacts with me
Why should we choose you over other applicants?: You should consider me over other applicants because I take role-play seriously and consistently put the quality of the server first.
What prior experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn’t have to specifically be HL2RP): Ive held Leadership Positions in the CCA, and ive held a leadership position as the City Administrator in a CA group in vanilla.
What kind of activity can we expect to see from you?: 5-6 Days a week.
What sort of roleplay do you plan to bring to the faction and server in this position?: My plan is to bring structured, realistic, and consistent roleplay to the faction and the server. I Would encourage people to RP while also engaging in meaningful interactions.
Describe what makes a good city broadcast and what you might use the broadcast camera for: A Good City BroadCast is an Informative One, I would use the broadcast camera for official city communications,emergency updates,public events, Moments that affect the whole city. Used correctly,it Would make the city feel alive and well-governed rather than chaotic.
Scenarios
You’re in the Nexus and an i4 comes up to the CA's office screaming in your face and insulting you. What would you do in that situation?: I Would Remain Calm and try to De-Escalate the situation, i would warn the i4 that his actions are childish and unprofessional and that a command officer would deal with him if he wouldnt suspend his actions, i would not engage in arguments rather try to find a solution.
Judgement Waiver has been activated in the city, what do you do during this situation?: I Would Stay in the nexus and try my best to help in anyway i can, i would also make a broadcast encouraging people to stay in doors while the city is being swept for any problems that can be dealt with.
You receive a written letter from a claimed rebel source regarding a hostage, what do you do in this situation? I Would Immediately inform the Civil Protection Team on this matter, i will also keep an ear to the ground if i get another letter to send to CPs.
A Civil Protection SqL comes to your office to warn you that your broadcasts need to be more cohesive, what do you do? I Would Follow the Squad-Leader's Orders, i would take further steps and revisions into schedueled and later-future broadcasts to insure that whatever is said during broadcast is cohesive and professional.
