What prior experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn’t have to specifically be HL2RP): I've Had Civil Protection Leadership Roles in The First Impulse Server as an Officer, A Squad Leader, And a Division Leader, Ive also held Leadership Roles in Vanilla.
What kind of activity can we expect to see from you?: 5-6 Days a week
Do you have a working microphone?: Yes
Scenarios
You’re in the Nexus and an i4 comes up screaming in your face and insulting you. What would you do in that situation?: I Would Give a Verbal warning to said i4, if the i4 keeps insulting me and screaming, Said i4 Would be Deserviced.
An i3 is being non-cohesive on the radio, saying things like “idk lol” or “dude I just killed that citizen lmao”. How would you respond?: I Would Chat with the i3 to cease unneccassary chatter, i would also order him to act cohesively and act professional, i would offer my assistance for this matter. If said i3 would continue his mingery acts, He Would be verbally warned, and Let him know he would be deserviced if he kept continuing this act.
During a patrol an i4 arrests someone for the incorrect charges. They don't seem to know what they're doing very well. How would you correct them?: I Would Pull aside Said i4, and inform him of his mistake, i would also help said i4 with identifying charges for future endeavors and not to make the same mistake again, as these mistakes could lead to severe punishments, i would verbally warn the i4 (since they're fairly new) not to do it again, so they would learn from this mistake.
You’re a DcO and an OfC loses his temper and deservices a unit for a minor infraction, which is against our rules. How would you punish the OfC?: I Would Immediately Pull this OfC aside, I would explain to said OfC that his actions make the faction look bad and unprofessional, i would also warn said OfC that these actions would lead to a severe punishment such as a demotion and stripped off his roles, I Would Advise this Officer to pull himself together and stay focused while also keeping a close eye on them
You're leading a PT in RDC and hear a beep nearby followed by citizens shouting in code to each other. What do you order your PT to do and what are your next steps?: I’d immediately order my PT to lock the area down completely. No one goes in and no one gets out until we figure out what’s happening. The place would be sealed tight, and all civilians inside would be stopped and searched. Anyone clearly communicating in code would be dealt with and shut down to prevent the situation from escalating. I’d also alert nearby PTs about the looming threat and stay ready to take whatever actions are needed to get control of the situation. Once everything is handled and the area is confirmed safe, the lockdown would be lifted and civilians would be allowed to leave.
A Necrotic outbreak is discovered by your PT and signs show it may already be out of containment of the area, what is your immediate response?: I would make sure to report it in over the radio right away and ask for any nearby units to back us up. Overwatch would be warned to keep their eyes open for any Parasites they might spot from the Nexus or their current location. Once help arrives, my team and the other units would start clearing people out of the area and moving civilians away from the danger zone. Anyone coming across Necrotics would be told to take them out immediately. When Everyone are safely out, we’d go through the area and check everywhere for anything left behind, dealing with any remaining Necrotics. When everything looks clear and the outbreak is contained, we’d do one last sweep just to be sure nothing got missed. After This Ordeal is over, Everyone Returns to their duties.
