The United Global Federation (UGF) is a National Regional Alliance pact between Resistance groups in an effort to maintain defense pacts and purging bad political matters/tension that may arise for any reason. Any and all matters are resolved immediately with proper communication, clearing misunderstandings, improving relations, defense pacts against malicious groups, and general communication between all group owners with the common goal of unification for the greater good of us all.
This group is also a central communication center between group owners and members alike to communicate within one another for any reasons such as but not limited to solving a situation, maintaining good diplomatic relationships, preventing hostility between rebel groups, and defense against loyalist or general maliciously infamous groups and cells. And yes, this is heavily referenced by the United Nations due to the fact the 7 hour war had heavy U.N involvement, and to combine many diverse, unique ideological groups into one alliance globally as contact makes sense.
Any rebel group with an irrefutably good reputation and general maintenance may seek to join this cooperation alliance. This is a grand effort of maintaining unification and preventing the many dramas or fights that have historically arisen in previous impulse servers, furthermore it's generally just a good concept overall.
