Why are you applying for this position?
I'm applying to this position because I want to try a new path of leadership and commanding, I feel ready to acquire this position and I want to get experience and become a nice OfC in the ranks of the Civil Protection.
Why should we choose you over other applicants?:
You should pick me because I'm experienced in leading teams, I know how to do the basic things and I know what to do in many scenarios, I'm a decent guy with decent experience and enough experience to become an OfC and achieve more ranks in the future.
What prior experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn’t have to specifically be HL2RP):
I have some experience in leadership position in many groups that aren't related to Garry's mod, but it works the same because I had to lead platoons, batallions, teams, etc.
What kind of activity can we expect to see from you?:
You can expect a lot of activity from me, I'm becoming more and more active and now that I discovered the opportunity to become an OfC I'm excited and I'm ready to be a full time member if needed.
Do you have a working microphone?:
I don't have one.
Scenarios
You’re in the Nexus and an i4 comes up screaming in your face and insulting you. What would you do in that situation?:
First of all I would tell the i4 to calm down and I would take him to another place where he can tell me what's wrong, if he doesn't comply with the order I gave him I would give him one warning about leaving the nexus and continuing with his duties, if he doesn't comply after the first warning I would give him a second warning and a final warning if he keeps that disrespect and disobedience, after the warnings I would mark the i4 as defunct and I would take his data like his tag or ID for a disciplinary action.
An i3 is being non-cohesive on the radio, saying things like “idk lol” or “dude I just killed that citizen lmao”. How would you respond?:
First I would tell the i3 to 10-3 and to remain his messages cohesive, if he keeps doing it after the first advice I would make a waypoint only for the i3 and I would have a quick conversation with him about OOC and IC and when can you say these things and when you can't, after that is explained I would tell the i3 to return to his duties.
During a patrol an i4 arrests someone for the incorrect charges. They don't seem to know what they're doing very well. How would you correct them?:
I approach to the i4 and I ask what the person did wrong to get arrested (I wouldn't ask for the charges since he doesn't know them very well and he may get confused) and after he tells me what the person did wrong I would explain him about the charges and when to apply one to a person in the correct situation, after that chat with the i4 I would tell him to keep with his duties.
You’re a DcO and an OfC loses his temper and deservices a unit for a minor infraction, which is against our rules. How would you punish the OfC?:
I would make a waypoint for the OfC in the nexus and I would have a serious conversation with him, in this conversation I would talk about the importance of remaining calm in every situation, otherwise If you lose your temper or you get angry or you lose your mind about some minor things like that he should think twice about being on duty, I would give him the disciplinary action required for breaking that rule and I would tell him to take an hour or two to calm down and return to the society.
You're leading a PT in RDC and hear a beep nearby followed by citizens shouting in code to each other. What do you order your PT to do and what are your next steps?:
First I would inform about the audcon to my PT and the rest of the units, I would tell my PT to disperse and take defensive positions, after that I would order my PT to contain and stand by for further directions, after that I would tell one unit to approach and to restrain all the citizens, I would tell the units to examine the citizens and report any ilegal items or weaponry, in case we find anything I would tell em to confiscate it and take the citizens to another place to interrogate. I would request for 2 JURY units to make an interrogation and to solve this issue.
A Necrotic outbreak is discovered by your PT and signs show it may already be out of containment of the area, what is your immediate response?:
First I would inform all the units about the incident and I would tell my PT to ripcord to a secure area and we would cauterize that area until more units arrive, after the units arrive our location we would inject calmly and with a lot of caution, I would inform my PT to disperse and secure the zone and to preserve the socio-stability by sterilizing the threats.
