Upper Management with reason are the only ones with full access to IP addresses and lookups.
Strict policies are in place to prevent the sharing of information like this to those who should not have access. Unauthorized sharing by a member of Management is grounds for immediate removal from position and suspension from the community, depending upon the severity.

Reasoning
Cheaters, Ban Evaders
Most users of VPNs are cheaters or ban evaders looking to cause harm. Our anti-VPN systems have had a large success rate in reducing the amount of cheaters and ban evaders. Trust Relationship
By allowing you to use our servers, we are providing you with a service and trusting you with our server IP addresses and information. In return, we ask that you trust us with your IP information in a relationship where we will treat your information with respect.Access to Information

We offer exceptions for those who require uplink or telecom-based Internet in areas such as Ukraine.
