I have many suggestions i think would work well with this more rp leaning impulse server and they go as such
TEXT OVER PLAYERS HEAD
Very simple, text will appear over the head of the person who typed it to allow a quicker response time and easier time understanding who is saying what
Context
REQUIRE CP VOCODERS OR MAKE AN ITEM
If you want RP id be more open to larping with someone who doesnt sound like a little ass boy, a vocoder can change that by deepening and modulating the voice as to not easily recognize who is speaking

REMOVE RIOT HELMETS,
They look horrible and no one likes them except andreii..
OTA IN OUTLANDS
Self explanatory, just allow OTA in outlands freely since that's where they'd be anyway
3 COPS TO 1 OTA,
Avoid the basic impulse statue rp with making OTA only joinable if there is 3 cops on and scale it for 3 cops to each OTA on so there isn't a massive statue wave while CPs get fucked
