Needs More Detail Voicelines

maybe add more voicelines to the teams in the future (especially the combine soldiers one)
by voiceline i mean the line that play when you type specific word or sentences)

+1 but its here, just fix the voicelines not typing all out PLEASEEEE (as in 10-8 doesnt do "Unit is on duty, 10-8")

We can easily add new ones, we'd just need to figure out what those are.

Text replacement was disabled because of another accepted suggestion a while back, players had great difficulty with it changing the meaning of their sentences and inserting phrases into the middle that were making RP very difficult. https://astronet.gg/forums/threads/combine-voice-command-rework.364/

i think the "ripcord" voiceline should be swapped with the other one
