CCA Voice Types

[MetrocopBrazil]

suggestion so that not every CCA Unit sounds exactly the same

basically add command called /CCAChangeVoiceType and that would change your voice between 5 Voice Types


1(Default)
The Default Metrocop Voice everyone Knows and Loves

2(FEMALE)

Voices would be entirely optional so if a male metrocop wants he can have a female voice and if a female metrocop wants she can have a male voice
