My gripes with the factory

It's too reliant on needing ingredients from the same box: If you loose an ingredient because it phases off the map, hides in a corner nobody is able to find, or gets stolen by a minge, you now have a completely dead order, and all the other ingredients from that box are now all dead weight. There's just too many ways for the work to grind to a sudden halt because of ONE part. Perhaps we could just have a wide variety of possible ingredients instead of just 2, and the fabricator could just require 2 random ingredients that you can fulfill from any box. "We just need resin, and nutrient paste to complete this recipe. Keep opening boxes till we roll them!"

The philosophy behind balancing the pay to discourage/punish players who work solo/low factory pop makes no sense and discourages working on low server pop/ working without being forced to. I can get behind not having the game pay you MORE the less people there are working, but you shouldnt be paid LESS per order the less people there are in the factory. The philosophy the devs have is to discourage late night solo grinding but... if you think about it, whats the huge difference between grinding in off hours, and grinding at peak hours that makes solo grinding so bad for the server? You already naturally make more money with more people because you completing work orders faster- whats so bad with solo grinding that we need to discourage it even more? I mean, it takes me 3-5 minutes to complete one work order, meanwhile a full factory can do one in like ONE. Its not like rebRP where it means you grind without the risk of sewer sweeps- its just indirectly punishing people for working without anyone else clocked in- which is the starting point to developing a large work force in the first place.
