Allow anyone to /broadcast
+1 Making something that's already hard to do blocked due to the possibility of having minge broadcast seems pretty weird, would be better to allow it and manage the ones doing the minge/rule breaking broadcast.- 3400

No third person combat
-1 Removing a mechanic that can be used by anyone and has always been part of the combat due to it 'feeling blasphemous' and 'not liking it' seems pretty one sided to what you want, at least give proper points that could argue for this- 3400
