Hello Thank you for reading this in advance. I'd like to request a specialty character that I intend to use sparringly for reasons that will become very obvious soon.

I wish to create a character who encourages Civil Protection Jury units to actually use their specialty equipment on bodies. That character being a serial killer. I'm not asking for much in terms of this character.

• I only need a signature weapon (likely a knife if possible.)
• Gloves as I don't intend to play a halfwit killer who leaves fingerprints by being sloppy.
• And attier that hides identity and distinguishes them. While acting as their serial killer persona.

Character details:

• I do not intend to use this character to kill CPs or OTA even in self defence as he/she is not suicidal or stupid, plus less headache on staff.
• I will have one type of victim and only one type, marking the whole serial killer theme. For example only targeting CWU.
• My intention is to play a serial killer who is smart enough to use stealth and subterfudge.

We really like the idea. After discussing it with management, feel free to make a character of such. On 2 conditions:

• Your signature weapon must be acquired through fair means; staff will not spawn the item for you.
• A short LOOC message is required in chat before killing any of your victims, to make sure both parties are fine with you killing them. A quick "/looc Can I kill you for my murder RP?" works. Otherwise it may get reported as RDM by the victim. It's also something we can verify in the chat logs if needed.
