Hello Thank you for reading this in advance. I'd like to request a specialty character that I intend to use sparringly for reasons that will become very obvious soon.
I wish to create a character who encourages Civil Protection Jury units to actually use their specialty equipment on bodies. That character being a serial killer. I'm not asking for much in terms of this character.

- I only need a signature weapon (likely a knife if possible.)
- Gloves as I don't intend to play a halfwit killer who leaves fingerprints by being sloppy.
- And attier that hides identity and distinguishes them. While acting as their serial killer persona.
Character details:
- I do not intend to use this character to kill CPs or OTA even in self defence as he/she is not suicidal or stupid, plus less headache on staff.
- I will have one type of victim and only one type, marking the whole serial killer theme. For example only targeting CWU.
- My intention is to play a serial killer who is smart enough to use stealth and subterfudge.
