Revert latest weapon changes

We got a USP dealing more DPS then the SKS

We got RoF and DMG nerfs across the board

From what i understand the burst damage weapons barely got touched so now things are even MORE burst weapon sided. (Need to confirm but my metal stash is getting low)

What the hell is all this??

19 at 190 RPM if im not mistaken
USP is 10 at 440 do the math.

OH and the FN fal deals the same damage per shot as the ZV while having a slower RoF and less bullets for some fucking reason.
