In the 2.06 update today, more balancing changes were made to zombie health & speed stats. We'll continue to look at balancing this. For the rules, we've updated them to be more clear that zombies aren't allowed to enter the rebel base without staff authorization.

We'll be overhauling the current act command system which is only built for citizen models. The new one will have an animation UI to select from and will support multiple factions, including Civil Protection.
