- Reason for Ban: Shotcopping without rebel suit | Attempting to evade a ban
- Reason for Appeal: I don't deny that I had shotcopped without a rebel suit, but I don't accept the second ban reason, and I will provide details of a potential situation that caused that mistake after.
-- Shotcopping without a rebel suit is something that I've comitted yet with all honesty I thought I had it while I was shotcopping since nothing was causing any problems until I got teleported for a Staff sit where I saw the clips of the person that has reported me. I sincerely apologise to people that I've killed without a rebel suit yet it was just a normal abstraction, not sokmething done on purpose.
-- Attempting to evade a ban is not something that I have done yet was added to my Ban reason which caused me to get permanently suspended from the Server which I realized while checking my Ban reason for an appeal. I have not attempted to evade a 3 day ban with usage of any kind of alternative accounts, I had experienced such problems (getting flagged by exploit / alt detection systems w a matching IP of somebody that was previously banned) before due to usage of programs like Exitlag and several VPNs to decrease my ping in the Server. I heavily suggest that this is a mistaken flag since I'm confident and has not used any alts to evade the ban.
Finally, you can be sure that I will be playing on the Server with caution and not violating the rebel suit rule again.
