what could be nice is also maybe give the opportunity for citizen /rebels to use vehicles (totally not to put IEDs on it and ram a combine checkpoint) even more since we already have vehicles rules in the rulebook, i think adding these addons with the proper balancing could be very interesting

OVC can lead a shadow raid, logging is done after the raid ended, there is a 1H cooldown between shadow raids
