What rank are you applying for? OvC.
Are you currently in a known rebel group? Negative
Are you currently a supervisor within civil protection? Yes, im an OfC.
General Questions
Do you have a microphone? Not required Yes.
Why should we pick you over other candidates? You may write whatever you wish in order to convince us that you should be whitelisted. You might want to include experience, superior qualities, what we might be able to expect from your etc. Essentially sell yourself, make us pick you. I approach the OTA with a serious and disciplined mindset. I follow orders precisely, maintain professionalism under pressure, and understand when decisive action is required. I stay clear of OOC issues, strictly follow server rules, and aim to contribute RP that is controlled, immersive, and beneficial to both the faction and the server as a whole.
Specific Questions
An OWS is 10 codes, as a supervisor what do you do? I would have the unit break off and relocate to a designated point so I can address the issue privately and review their disciplinary history. If the unit has no prior infractions, I would correct them and make it clear that 10 codes are not used by OTA and are exclusive to Civil Protection. If the unit already has an infraction on record, I would issue an additional one and notify other OTA supervisory units to monitor their conduct going forward.
A EOW is speaking to a citizen, it seems like casual chit-chat, as a supervisor what do you do? I would pull the unit aside and issue a verbal warning. If they continue speaking with the citizen, I would order them to cease immediately and reassign them to a different duty. Should the behavior persist after that, I would proceed with defunction.
You are a lone asset on a patrol, you see a rebel run inside a building, the building has no other exits or entrances, there are other assets active. What do you do? If a Judgement Waiver is in effect, I would radio it in immediately and have a Stabilization Team staged and ready. I would assign breaching positions based on the units available, ensuring a controlled entry by pushing one unit at a time to avoid getting stuck in the doorway. Upon locating the rebel, they would be immediately amputated and the result reported as one hostile neutralized. If during the breach, both of my assets are expired, I would halt the push with the remaining unit, fall back outside, and report a “Jackpot” in progress. I would then request additional units based on the number of hostiles observed or reported inside before attempting another push.
An EOW asset is purposefully going out onto plaza and refusing to listen to orders, as a supervisor what do you do? I would immediately issue the EOW two clear warnings to return to their assigned post. If the unit continues to ignore these orders, I would proceed with deservicing the asset and report the incident to Overwatch Command. I would also document the behavior and notify other supervisory units so they are aware and can monitor the unit moving forward.
An i1 unit runs up to you and start screaming at you because you had let them die, as a supervisor what do you do? I would disregard the i1’s outbursts and first request a CCA supervisor to take over the situation. If no supervisor is available, I would directly order the I1 to cease their current actions. Should the unit continue displaying uncoordinated behavior, I would issue a final warning before proceeding with deservicing the asset. Afterward, I would transmit a report to CCA High Command detailing the incident and the disciplinary action taken.
A CA is being un-cohesive, speaking none approved languages and spreading anti-combine propaganda, what do you do? I would first order them to stop over the radio, which would serve as their initial warning. If the behavior continues, I would have them report to the office and issue a second, direct warning in person. Should they still fail to comply, I would authorize amputation of the CA member and report it over the radio with the specific reason stated. If questioned by other units, I would respond with “Disregard, unit deemed mentally unfit for duty,” and then continue with my assigned responsibilities.
Before the city can be returned to civil from Judgement waiver, what must CCA await for from OTA? Condition Alpha, OTA must first report that the city is sundown, then proceed with Code Alpha operations. Once all OTA units have been accounted for, the city can be declared STABLE and returned to normal status.
You are an OvC and condition Alpha is called by an ODL, what do you do? Move to Condition Alpha. Upon arrival, form division lines and remain silent and stationary once all units have been accounted for. After STABLE is declared, return to normal duties.
You are leading a OZ with 2 other assets when suddenly you hear 3 anti-citizens speaking to eachother inside a small house and they haven't heard you approach. How would you deal with this situation? I would prioritize maintaining the element of surprise by coordinating with the two other assets. One asset would be positioned at the rear of the building to cut off any potential escape routes, while the other asset and I would stack at the front entrance. If the code is UNREST, I would deploy a flashbang and wait for detonation before breaching with the other asset and amputating the anti-citizens. If the code is Judgement Waiver, I would follow the same procedure but utilize a fragmentation grenade instead. If the situation requires it, the asset positioned at the rear would also breach and engage. Once all anti-citizens are neutralized, we would conduct a rapid sweep of the building, secure any contraband, and then return to our previous assignment.
A Jury unit reports there is an active rogue inside a known rebel outpost on the Storm System. What do you do in this situation? I would assemble a Stabilization Team consisting of five assets and notify Overwatch that we are initiating a Shadow Raid. The ST and I would then move toward the target location, ignoring all citizens and anti-citizens unless directly engaged. Upon arrival at the rebel base, I would order the ST to engage and amputate all armed hostiles on site, as well as the rogue asset. Once the rogue has been deserviced, the ST and I would immediately ripcord and return to the Nexus, continuing to ignore all targets unless actively engaged.
