Have alt fire raise your weapon if it is already lowered, and go into aiming. This will free up space in regards to keybinds, not needing to have one set aside for toggling raise up and down. It is also very intuitive, and easy to discover. Holding reload is fine to lower it, as it's not a time...

I think when looting a body it should force you into the /actcheck animation. It would help with immersion but also makes it clear to CCA that a player is looting a body they shouldn't. Would be pretty awesome to see this with lootable containers that are on the floor as well.
