1. Description of the bug: Gas mask overlay remains on if equipped on citizen and then switching to CCA. Switch back to citizen, it players the animation taking off the gas mask but mask is still equipped and lens scratches remain. Take off the mask and it plays the animation putting it on, but toggles off the scratches overlay.
2. Steps to reproduce the bug: Put gas mask on as citizen, switch to CCA, switch back to citizen.
3. Expected outcome vs outcome received: Gas mask overlay should be removed from player when switching to CCA
4. Where and when the bug happened: Just now, HL2RP server.
