2. Reason for Report:
   1. Yesterday, I got kidnapped from Plaza by this guy and the guy referenced by this report: https://astronet.gg/forums/threads/hl2rpguy-junior-report.1026/ (which I understand has been banned)
   2. They took me into random shops and propblocked my exit from the premise. I was also called numerous insults in russian.
   3. Today this person again kidnapped me from Plaza as an I1 without reason and placed me in a cell without actually perfoming an arrest.
   4. OOC Harassment, FailRP.
