Add a radio system (voice)

would be very VERY helpful because i saw a lot of people die because they were typing important shit or smth like that (off course rebels should be able to get somes too either looting or crafting their own or both, this could also introduce a mechanics to hack into each other comms.
they would be one channel for OTA, one for CPs and one for Command staff
