Add some form of deathsting to make CMU actually useful

I'd like for you to name one instance where someone actually stopped at a CMU for medical service. The reason why nobody visits the CMU anymore is because death itself has no consequence. If you're low on health, you can store all your stuff, put your money in an ATM, and you're free to die and get no faults for it except for a bit of menial walking and maybe a risk of NLR. If you ask me, I think you could do removals of 5-10% of their ATM's balance per death. If their ATM balance is too low to divide up like that, then don't do it. This gives players an incentive to keep their character alive, therefore making the Civil Medical Union an actually used class, because there would be financial benefits from it.

u know cmu will become very important when the medical update gets added right? how do u think people will treat their ilnesses + rebel medics will become an important thing too

plus many people have characters dedicated for shotcoping that have almost no money on them so that would do almost nothing execpt punish people who die in the crossfire between rebels and mpf especially when pipe bombs are in play

forced rp mechanics such as infections, downed system, bleeding, etc, are already being added in which people are forced to that stuff and if they dont take care of such hardship they get punished, i dont see the use in this if such punishing things are already being added
