Accepted Apartment sale cooldown

Just a few moments ago as of writing this,

I got arrested because the system gave me an apartment with benches inside.
Benches that I tried to report, but CPs wouldn't do anything about
(Something something, rebel bodies everywhere)
(And as far as I'm aware you can't even destroy them yourself as a citizen)


Because of the cooldown I couldn't sell the apartment either.
Later on I kinda forgot to sell the apartment once my cooldown ended,



So I was put on BOL and arrested.
OfC didn't care and arrested me anyways.


Now i'm doing time for something I didn't do.



tl:dr:
Remove the apartment sale timer, it gets people into trouble.
A solution could be to make it so that when you sell an apartment, the timer does still exist, and if you try to rebuy an apartment during that time it will give you the exact same one.

Thanks for the suggestion, this issue will be fixed with the new apartment selection feature we're working on. With it no longer being randomly assigned, we'll be removing the cooldown.
