The Combine's rule over humanity, although with an iron fist, would definitely still leave room for some creative practice, especially in this server where the Combine is much more laid back than canon. I think it'd be really cool if there was an option to make paintings and music, in a more official sense than having to spend over 500 tokens to *maybe* make a canvas with barely-good pixel art. There's a lot of potential in it, including the Combine themselves wanting citizens to make propaganda posters for them and perhaps anthems. Music I'm not 100% on because it's a bit tricky to implement, but there is promise in the idea that you could make your own tunes to either play in your stores, or simply as a project. To save server performance, I think the paintings and music you make are saved to your PC's local appdata, and pulled whenever needed, with the option to cycle through the paintings you've already made. It's a big project, but I think it would bring a lot to the table in terms of Roleplay and creativity, not just for Citizen and Combine interactions, but also faction territory marking and so on!
