What rank are you applying for?: OfC

Questions

Why are you applying for this position?: I have come to believe I have served long enough as an Intention 1 Asset. And think I have the ability and courage to take charge of CP Asset Supervision. I also think that others should also at least try to earn an OfC spot, only under the presumption that they can effectively lead a PT without failure, Insure that they know the basic Ten-Codes, and will swear to the Universal Union that they will not throw away their benefits, and become a defunct unit.

Why should we choose you over other applicants?: As this may be a good question to ask, there is no reason you should pick me over other applicants, I believe with enough skill and dedication, everyone is on the same skill set and has a similar potential in becoming an OfC, I myself recommend we do not play favorites, and instead judge on how the applicant fills out their Application.

What prior experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn’t have to specifically be HL2RP): This would be the second time being an OfC for a hl2rp server, I have experience from PG before it went shitty, for example, guiding Civil Protection Assets through events, and training new Civil Protection units with very much ease. But I am willing to adjust to the different ruleset you guys have in store, and I am willing to learn so I may add this experience to my roster for future use down the line.

What kind of activity can we expect to see from you?: Almost every day, more than 5 hours per day.

Do you have a working microphone?: No, but I plan to get one compatible with my computer in the coming future.

Scenarios

You’re in the Nexus and an i4 comes up screaming in your face and insulting you. What would you do in that situation?: I would politely tell them to calm down, and explain the reason why they are screaming and yelling, and check to see if they are really mad at me, mad at someone else venting to me about it, or if they think that all OfC's should for some reason if any be removed, de-serviced, etc.

An i3 is being non-cohesive on the radio, saying things like “idk lol” or “dude I just killed that citizen lmao”. How would you respond?: I would firmly yet politely tell them to use the /ooc or /looc chat when speaking about in-game events, such as killing a citizen and bragging on themselves, as well as speaking on the wrong Tac-Comm.

During a patrol an i4 arrests someone for the incorrect charges. They don't seem to know what they're doing very well. How would you correct them?: I would politely ask the i4 what the suspect was doing when they found out the charges, and I'd take them into the Nexus to help educate them on what they should and should not do, considering they are supposed to uphold the responsibilities an i4 is expected of holding.

You’re a DcO and an OfC loses his temper and deservices a unit for a minor infraction, which is against our rules. How would you punish the OfC?: Personally, I'd ask them to calm down, and ask why they terminated the asset over a minor infraction instead of giving them the correct prosecution when such an asset does commit the specified minor infraction, Afterwards, I would politely ask them that they re-read the Civil Protection Handbook under my supervision, I will even time them, once finished within the amount of time I think they have read the handbook in, they can return to their normal duties, if such an incident happens again, considering the fact that I would be a new DcO, and not fully up-to-date with such responsibilities, I would ask a fellow DcO or the DvL for instructions on what to do, in case the incident arises a second time.

You're leading a PT in RDC and hear a beep nearby followed by citizens shouting in code to each other. What do you order your PT to do and what are your next steps?: I would utilize the Squad Radio and inform them in this sentence: "Audibles catching beeps and potential Anti-Civil activity within this area, take cover and stay alert." Just as if we were OTA in Code Midnight. Maintain Silence as that can reveal our presence to the potential threat."

A Necrotic outbreak is discovered by your PT and signs show it may already be out of containment of the area, what is your immediate response?: I would politely ask them to ripcord from the area considering the dangers and potential asset loss that can occur, after doing so, I'd inform Overwatch assets that a necrotic outbreak has been discovered in X Location, and advise deployment of assets when they are authorized under the condition that an outbreak event is underway with confirmation from a OVC or ODL, ASAP.
