ban searching apts if there is no proof that something happend in them

impossible to setup rebellions when cca comes in every 5 mins because of bs ressons that happen in a diff area of the bulding, our apt got searched 4 times because of shit that didnt happen there they also have found nothing in it too

isnt it already in the CCA rulebook ?
If it is, im pretty sure its only being done now because nothing is happening. The only thing that is really going on outside of a small little event thing yesterday is rebels holding out in RB-1 and just sitting inside of there. Other than that, Civil Protection really don't have anything to do or explore- and it's not like most of them want to create roleplay scenarios themselves unfortunately.

What happened yesterday was unfortunate.

We were reported on twice by a CWU, resulting in the searches of our apartment. The third time was due to another holdout we were unaware of in the apartment below us, resulting in a block search. And the fourth was a scanner seeing our fortifications in our apartment through the window.
I think all of these search reasons were reasonable. We should probably have discretely moved the location of the planned holdout.
It doesn't make sense to me that CCA wouldn't search because they have no definitive proof, reasonable suspicion is enough.
there is no way of getting back to the city though the sewers they are a one way trip u would have to make a run for it across the train tracks eliminating the element of suprise aka our biggest advantage
From the sewers there is a ladder that leads up to a ground vent in the city.
It might be an idea to see if staff will allow players to add their own ladders to other vents around the city. Ladder use can be requested anytime I believe.
There are also opportunities to plan ambushes in the sewers, just give CCA a reason to sweep it.

the thing is that didn't make sense as they have searched us 3 times already while the fortifications were there they have found nothing too so the 4th search didn't make sense at all

I remember it was called off once a supervisor arrived.
The fortifications should have been removed once discovered really.
I think in future, we just need to be more careful.

I was the scanner during that whole fiasco. we had reports of anti civil activity in RB-1 as we amputated 1 anti-citizen and made a whole search. i only made them search the 4th time because at that time i did not know you were searched 3 times.

The point is: they had reasons before i ever got on. when seeing the fortifications, i radio in to check it out. then again we did kill an anti citizen on the top floor. so i assumed others were hiding in those fortifications.
