1. Description of the bug: So, basically when looking at the Apartment list or the BOL list on the PDA of people you do not know it shows their description instead of their actual Name, which can make it difficult to follow BOL's or identify Apartment owners as CCA.
2. Steps to reproduce the bug: Looking at the BOL list in your PDA of someone your Character does not know the Name of, and looking at any Apartment list and seeing a Homeowner you don't know the name of.
3. Expected outcome vs outcome received: Expected to see the name of BOL/Apartment Resident. Instead seeing their Description. See Image Blow
4. Where and when the bug happened: A couple Minutes ago when I looked at the Apartment list, I also noticed it when looking at the BOL list in the PDA
