when you break a camera, it shouldnt alert cps until 1 or 2 minutes after the fact. You break cameras so CPS dont get alerted, and it kind of removes the point of destroying them since they might as well assume its a rebel anyway thats broken it.

In a Universe standpoint the Combine are essentially combined (hence the name lol) including their computer systems.

If it were to be/even could be implemented, 1-2 minutes is a decent amount of time. Maybe 15-20 seconds since a well coordinated force could make good time of that since you also have to take in account for CP response time which varies depending on if there are any in the vicinity.

I think it may be reasonable to add a slight delay after the camera is destroyed before Combine units are notified. Something around 10-15 seconds might be good. Moving this to the Planned section, feel free to continue to discuss
