Colouring gear.

Paint is an interesting lootable that currently serves no purpose beyond being used in crafting an armored rebel suit.

But why not add an additional function of changing the player model colour of a citizen's suit or rebel suit. It saves on players having to use E2 to customize themselves for small details like a different coloured hat as a rebel.

Just a short suggestion no big wall of text this time.
