a part of me is very much so worried the sterilization credit update will be like most servers and not really do much but a fun idea to hopefully make sure it atleast is more useful than most servers is turning the recycler into a shop of sorts. how it would work is every item turned in could be bough back or a equivalent of it eventually wiping upon server restart so: say you stop a holdout and you kill 3 civs one using a fal one using a sks and the other just a glock these items would be added to the recyclers shop and you could only buy one of each due to you only turning in one. it would be a neat way to re introduce combine having rebel guns hopefully without being as op as that was making it so only certain ranks may buy certain items like i3 and i2 being able to buy pistols and mp5's turned in, i1's being able to buy lower tier rifles and shotguns like the double barrel or sks, ofc and above having access to all rifles besides ar2, and dvl plus being able to use more overpowwered stuff like ar2s sakos or m60s. stuff like helmets or heavy armor would be turned into padded vests or helmets for cca that give sps instead of just a flat damage resistance.

if wanted you could even make skins for the re aquired weaponry like the combine sks having a black stock or the double barrel having black furniture and combine blue sites
