Combine Lock Change

Make it so when you place down a Combine Lock on a door, CPs and OTA can lock/unlock the door with F2/Hands

All you need to do is just press on the glowing red/green button.

Hard to do that when the lock is on the other side of the door

MPF are able to do this already. OTA cant for some reason. Its a bug I guess.
