TLDR: Small refilling stations all around the city.
Combine Lockers Civil Protection Use
As a Civil Protection officer, you will have the ability to find various small lockers placed throughout the city. By interacting with them, you will be able to refill 25% of your total ammunition, as well as obtain Camera Repair Kits for Grids, health kits, zipties, and splints for Helixes. These lockers serve as small, stationary refilling stations for the entire faction.

Combine Lockers OTA Use
OTAs will have the same access to the lockers as CPs; however, they will only be able to receive items available to them, including grenades based on their class and breaching charges.
Combine Lockers Resistance Use
There will be three possible ways for the Resistance to interact with a Combine Locker:
Destroying it:
Dealing damage to the locker will destroy it, causing it to drop 1 to 2 refined metal plates or, alternatively, 2 metal pieces. Repairing the locker could potentially become a future task for the CWU, but for now, a cooldown period before it can be repaired will suffice.
lockpicking it:
Using a lockpick on the locker may yield a health vial, pistol ammo, or splints. However, with the higher reward comes a risk — there is a small chance that failing to lockpick the locker will trigger a minor alarm, alerting the Civil Protection team either through a HUD ping or an intrusion message.
EMPing it:
The highest reward comes from using an EMP on the locker, as it is one of the most valuable tools at the rebels' disposal — and losing it doesn’t come cheap. Successfully breaching the locker this way allows rebels to access loot they normally wouldn't be able to obtain, such as Breaching Charges, multiple Health Vials (2+), and Frag Grenades. Unlike lockpicking, the alarm will only sound after the locker has been breached, giving rebels a bit more time to escape before Civil Protection is alerted.
