General questions:

Why do you wish to apply for APF?
I wish to apply for the Antibody Protection Force divisional assignment in order to further expand my career within the Overwatch Transhuman Arm faction. Additionally, one of my secondary desires is to be a part of the few that can assign themselves as Combine Supressors when necessary, in order to provide maximum assistance on the battlefield.

What do you think APF represents?
The Antibody Protection Force represents a series of pre-transition combine soldiers designed to provide suppressing fire upon hostiles within combat situations. Their main duty is to pin down enemy positions while allowing other units to re-locate, retreat or otherwise close in on the enemy. APF assets had also been used within the Quarantine Zone during the pre-transition era to annihilate hordes of Xen Fauna, mostly Headcrab Zombies and Antlions.

Do you think you can bring anything new to the division?
Of course, I'm highly familiar with the lore of both Half Life 1 & 2, it's expansions and any other spin-offs such as Half Life Alyx. I can bring an immersive experience to those around me, working aside me or not. As such, I'll deliver unforgettable experiences as well as demonstrating upmost professionalism while in-game.

Deployment scenario: (please explain as detailed as you can what would you do as an APF unit in the following circumstance)

Map- i17

You are deployed as an ST lead alongside 4 other interlocked assets: 1 MACE 2 ECHOs equipped with AR2s and 1 ECHO with an MP7.
You are displaced on an OZ sweep and begin approaching the doorway leading to OZ-2 when you realize a group of up to 7 rebels have established a foothold in OZ-2 and have created a killzone within said transfer hallway. It is also reported that they have a confirmed sniper on top of one of the 2 warehouses. Your ST has been tasked with clearing out the sector with minimal losses, failure is non-negotiable. How will you proceed? (Keep in mind, you are leading the ST and have full control over your interlocked assets)

In such a scenario, I would order my Stabilization Team to close in on the doorway. I'd place an AR2 ECHO on the left and MACE on the right to utilize breaching tactics. The best choice would be utilizing two assets (preferably an MP7 and AR2 ECHO) to take the route from Canal Block-1 to Canal Block-3 as quickly as possible. They are to make sure they are not noticed by the AC Sniper, by staying as close as possible to nearby walls to not enter the line of sight of the hostile. They are to then climb up and report the precise location of the rebel AC, and take him out. Upon firing on the rebel AC, this shall most likely alert all 7 rebels, which out of instinct would send reinforcements to the Sniper. I would use this opportunity to ambush the enemy. I'd throw a smoke grenade at our exact location to make sure the ACs do not know where we are precisely. I shall also order remaining units at the doorway to activate thermals, to which I shall then open the door and begin laying down suppressive fire on the ACs, giving me the opportunity to take down whatever rebels were intercepting the AR2 ECHOs, as well as pinning down the rest. One of the units should also deploy tear gas at the same time, pressuring the rebels. All of this delays the ACs allowing the additional AR2 units to close in from behind, making the entire ST close in on the remaining rebels and ultimately killing them, due to their low numbers and our better weaponry.

Do you understand that any misconduct within the division can lead to your removal?
I'm aware that misconduct can and will lead to severe consequences, yes.
