Why are you applying for this position?:
I’m applying for this position due to my interest within this server and my experience. I believe I can help make the co faction one of the best with in game rp and out of game documents and such
Why should we choose you over other applicants?:
Like I stated, my experience within the cp force on other servers. I was a VICE-OFC on impulse, OFC on Lite networks and currently a DVL and SWORD on Deepgaming, I can bring a lot to the faction that will help such as multiple documents, trainings, overall leadership, dedication, and Rp along with being a role model for others
What prior experience do you have in leadership positions? (Doesn’t have to specifically be HL2RP):
Impulse - Vice ofc
Lite networks - OFC
Rebound - OFC
Deep gaming - DvL - Sword - EU Co-lead and a group division co lead
What kind of activity can we expect to see from you?: my activity is extremely good, if I got this position I will average around 3-8 hours a day (may vary on weekdays and weekends)

Scenarios
You’re in nexus and an i4 comes up screaming in your face and insulting you. What would you do in that situation?:
I would bring them to a private area and speak to them in a serious tone, re educate and if I were DcO there would be a section for logging things like this just for a record. I would then have them patrol with me to supervise their behaviour and if they continue u would deservice/defunct them
An i3 is being non-cohesive on the radio, saying things like “idk lol” or “dude I just killed that citizen lmao”. How would you respond?:
I would make a waypoint for them to respond to and speak to them about formality, I would then go through terminology and radio codes for them to use in order to avoid future mistakes
During a patrol an i4 arrests someone for the incorrect charges. They don't seem to know what they're doing very well. How would you correct them?:
I would do a full training and field evaluation on them, I would send them the handbook as well just for future reference and let them patrol with me until I go 10-7 or have important duties to attend to.
