Accepted E2 City Code function

Doing some stuff right now, I couldn't help but notice the lack of a city code related function, such a function would be really useful.

Implemented in the latest update, thanks again for the suggestion:

• impulseHL2RPCityCode returns the current city code as a number (integer)
• impulseHL2RPCityCodeText returns the current city code as text (string)
