Accepted Forum Sub-tree - HL2RP section - Music Kit section

Basically as the title says, I believe there should be a music kit sub-tree under the HL2RP 'General' tree, where there should be a pinned/sticky'd tutorial post (which I can write) on how to make a music kit, prepare it for sharing (if that's why you made it), and the section itself for sharing custom made kits, or reuploading lost gems from another impulse gamemode server.

Expanding upon this:

I don't know many people know of or even remember music kits exist under the impulse gamemode, but I'm looking to bring it back into at least somewhat of a semi-relevant state. Music kits, when they were first introduced back in 2020, were a really neat idea, and we saw a lot of creativity from the server's playerbase, but a good chunk of those kits were archived, deleted, or otherwise lost to time, especially so when impulse shut down. The same happened with Landis-- We had a whole section dedicated to music kits, and people were creative with their kits too, but a majority were lost when Landis shut down. I'm proposing this idea both to allow people to post their old, saved music kits OR to create from the ground up, and inspire more creation amongst the playerbase.
