general combine map changes

After a bit of a talk with alot of the higher ups in the combine faction we have a few suggestions mostly based around the map to hopefully help balance and fun with the current map.


the motel and grass are kind of unused by both sides at the moment so a idea that was proposed is the idea of forcefields to the grass area between motel and the city being turned off on civil/preserved during this time citizens may move in the grass area along with cca granted they dont try to enter sewers using the pipes or the motel. If there is atleast 1 pt in city other cca may even be allowed to stay in the motel area treating it less as a sweep more so just a caution zone you can patrol in however on unrest the forcefields go up and cca must move out of there back in to the city treating the grass as a 404 zone.

A idea not all of us agreed on due to general balancing concerns was that on civil ota may stay in nexus or some other place out of city and on unrest/marginal may be moved to patrol and stay in the motel area instead so ota can actually be fought and looted another alternative of this proposed is making ota stay in the traintracks area that citizens get the cwu supply boxxes from along with adding a combine ammo box there since as of currently the ammo box in nexus isnt very easily lootable due to nexus raid rules.

I think its a cool idea to atleast TRY.

Two things id want implemented: The combine shouldn't be able to just LIVE there, they should definitely patrol it, but the city should be their bigger priority and that priority should be enforced.

And the people who live in the motel should be subject to more scrutiny to the combine. Y'know "random searches", block searches, harsher treatment, that sorta thing. The residents shouldn't have the same safety that they would in the city.
