I would like to suggest adding a "Gifting" feature to the donation store.
Currently, we can only purchase the ranks for ourselves. It would be a huge quality-of-life improvement if we had the option to purchase these ranks directly for another player (e.g., by entering their SteamID), similar to how gifting works on Steam or Discord.

Benefits:
- Community & Giveaways: It makes it much easier for players to gift ranks to friends or for content creators to host giveaways for the community.
- Safe Transactions: It provides a secure way to buy ranks for others without having to transfer money privately or open support tickets.
- Increased Support: removing the barrier to buy for others usually encourages more donations/sales.
